Very thankful for Vardanian Weightlifting and The Training Geek for all their help with teaching me this new technique to pull.
As some of you all may know, I'll be in Crossfit Aalborg with Norik Vardanian to hold a joint seminar. We'll be teaching both the Chinese technique of training and the Vardanian/Armenian technique to training. We'll be discussing about technical differences and why certain things happen.
Now some have said, I'm selling out to the Chinese school of lifting. That's stupid.
The Chinese have developed a lot of world, Olympic and record holders in the recent years. They're extremely relevant in this sport. Now I get an opportunity to teach and share methods with the Europeans and then transfer this information back and study it! Get to the science of it!
